Your appointment
Appointments can be booked online through our booking system or via email. You will receive an appointment confirmation and a reminder 48 hours before your scheduled time.
Please be on time for your appointment
We kindly ask you to arrive on time. Out of respect for other clients, if you are late your treatment may need to be shortened. If there is not enough time left to complete your treatment properly, your appointment will be rescheduled and the full fee will still apply.
Changes & Cancellation Policy
All semi-permanent makeup services require a booking deposit. This deposit secures your time and is applied toward your final balance. Remaining balances are due at the end of your appointment. Payment methods accepted include credit or debit card, cash, or Luxury Pay Later with flexible installment plans.
Gift cards, promotions, or discounts cannot be combined and become void in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.
Appointments require at least 24 hours’ notice for changes or cancellations. With more than 24 hours’ notice, deposits are either fully refundable or transferable to your rescheduled appointment. Within 24 hours, deposits are retained, and a second short-notice reschedule will incur a 50 percent fee. No-shows are charged the full treatment fee. Gift cards and promotions become void if these policies are not respected. Refusal to pay applicable cancellation or no-show fees will result in cancellation of all future bookings.
You will receive an appointment reminder in advance. If you cannot attend, please notify us then. If you refuse to pay for the treatment, all future appointments will be cancelled, and no further treatments will be provided at Colonna Signature.
Please make any changes or cancellations via email or phone (during business hours).
Contraindications
For your safety and mine, we cannot perform treatments if you have any of the following:

- Contagious (skin) diseases
- Flu, severe cold, or fever
- Active cold sores
Cancellation policy applies in these cases.
Children not allowed
For safety reasons and to maintain a relaxing environment, children are not allowed in the salon. The studio contains instruments and materials such as needles, blades, and pigments that are not child-friendly. If you arrive with children, treatment will be refused and the full fee will still apply.
Mobile phones on silent or off
Please switch off your mobile phone or set it to silent during your treatment.
Payment
Full payment for all treatments is required at the end of your appointment.
For all semi-permanent makeup treatments, a booking deposit is required when scheduling. This deposit secures your time and will be deducted from the total cost at the end of the treatment. Deposits are refundable or transferable when changes or cancellations are made at least 24 hours in advance. Within 24 hours, deposits are retained according to our cancellation policy.

Privacy
Your personal information is processed in accordance with Canadian privacy laws. It will only be used by Colonna Signature for treatment and booking purposes and will never be shared with third parties.
