Hi, I’m Tineke Colonna, please call me Tina – semi-permanent make-up artist and founder of The Brow Express in the Netherlands and Colonna Signature in Calgary, Canada.
I still remember how nervous I was before my very first brow treatment. I had so many questions and took a long time to find someone I truly trusted. But once I did, the treatment turned out to be much easier than I expected and I was thrilled with the result.
Even now, I still enjoy the freedom and confidence it gives me every single day.
With a background in skincare and beauty, I felt inspired to take it a step further and specialize in advanced brow techniques. That’s how The Brow Express was born and now, years later, I’m the one helping others feel confident and beautiful.
At Colonna Signature, I bring over 7 years of European experience and have treated more than 1,000 happy clients. I focus on creating natural, balanced brows that enhance your unique features with a European touch and a personalized approach.

Tineke did my eyebrows a few weeks ago, and I’ve just had the touch-up all I can say is that I highly recommend her! You can definitely see that she knows what she’s doing and talking about. She was so clear from beginning to end, and I knew exactly what to expect.
After the initial treatment, I had some questions, and she took time out of her free Sunday to talk to me and reassure me about what was happening and she was absolutely right! Now I’m getting so many compliments saying I look younger and less tired than before. She really made a difference just by doing my eyebrows!!
One big plus is that she includes the touch-up in her prices. Everywhere else around Calgary you have to pay extra, but she does it as a service. Talk about caring for your clients!
